Visiting Nurses Association of Greater Philadelphia is partnering with Bringing Hope Home to provide amazingness through financial assistance for two local families a month!
The Light of Hope Family Grant Program gives families with cancer one-time financial assistance that directly pays their bills. This helps to alleviate their financial burdens so they can focus on their loved ones. The partnership with VNA Philadelphia will allow us to assist more families in need!

Eligible families will be nominated through VNA Philadelphia’s social workers using certain criteria. First, the family must have a primary residence in one of the counties currently serviced by BHH at the date of nomination. Second, they must have an immediate family member that is a patient who has been diagnosed with cancer at the date of nomination. Finally, the must have a financial need outlined by VNA Philadelphia’s special need fund.
