HOSPITAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
BHH is now offering a Hospital Partnership Program that allows hospitals and cancer centers to refer additional Families in need to the Light of Hope Family Program for support. Through this partnership, social workers can increase the number of Families that they can refer to BHH’s program. To learn more please click here.
