Happy Halloween from the BHH Team! We hope everyone has a safe and spooky day! This morning we had the pleasure of welcoming the third grade class from Chesterbrook Academy to our office! The third grade students recently hosted the Parade of Pumpkins at their elementary school, raising money for BHH to support local families with cancer. They raised over $1,100 for our families! We had so much fun hanging with the kids today, doing tons of crafts and eating lots of Halloween treats (the Witches’ Brew was a BIG hit)! The students started off the morning by writing cards to send to our families. They colored in pumpkins and wrote messages of hope for those fighting cancer.
“I hope you get well soon, and I hope you feel good in the process.”
“This Halloween is dedicated to you.”
“The love is in the air, and I am sending it to you!!”
We love being able to read these messages and send bits of hope to our families! Thank you so much to the students and staff from CA for joining us for the morning to help spread #UnexpectedAmazingness. We hope you had fun and enjoyed the crafts and early trick-or-treating! Come back soon!
