On March 26th, Gage Strength Training will be running a Calorie Burn-A-Thon event! This will be a TWO hour workout, where EVERY Calorie counts!
Using a heart rate tracking system, and with the help of individuals’ fitbits and fitness tracking devices, we will be tracking the amount of calories burned throughout the event. The event is free and open to members and non-members of Gage Strength Training.
