About the Brian Byrne Memorial Fund
Brian Byrne was a sophomore at Temple University majoring in Finance. He graduated from Hatboro-Horsham in 2000 and grew up in Horsham, Pa. He was the big brother to Nicole and Frankie. He enjoyed playing many sports such as baseball, soccer, basketball, track, volleyball and golf. Brian seemed to have a magnetism about him that attracted people of all ages, and had many friends. He was focused and hard working, and a successful individual. A passenger in a car, his life was cut short. Driving safety is truly the lesson to be learned especially among teenagers even when no alcohol is involved.
The Brian Byrne Memorial fund was started by a friend and community individual, Wally Grummun. Through this fund, local families are assisted in Brian’s name. Bringing Hope Home is honored to be the benefactor of this golf outing for the second year.
