The Adopt-A-Family (AAF) Program allows the community to truly connect to Bringing Hope Home’s mission and directly give to local families who are struggling over the holidays due to a cancer diagnosis. Through the AAF Program, you’re paired with an actual family who has been nominated to the Light of Hope Family Grant Program and needs financial assistance and/or holiday gifts as they battle cancer.
Through the AAF Program you have the opportunity to raise funds to pay essential bills that will help keep your adopted family in their home, with the lights on & food on the table during their tough time.
