This annual event includes the amazing Families supported by BHH, the social workers who connected these Families to BHH, and the BHH staff themselves. We hope you’ll join us for this wonderful celebration bringing together Hope Nation for an afternoon at the ballgame!

When is this year’s HOPE Family Reunion?

HOPE Family Reunion will be held on Saturday, May 31st, 2025. The game starts at 4:05pm against the Milwaukee Brewers.

What if it is raining on the day of the event? Do I get a refund?

This event is rain or shine! Tickets will not be refunded if the game is cancelled due to weather.

TICKETING:

How many tickets can I purchase?

Tickets for this year’s HOPE Family Reunion are $20 each and include a $12 food voucher to use inside the ballpark.  Ticket quantities are limited to 5 per family and available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please reach out to events@bringinghopehome.org if you need more than 5 tickets.

When will I receive my tickets?

You can pick up your tickets on the day of the event. The Bringing Hope Home team with have a pre-game station set up outside of the Third Base gate starting at 2:00 PM. Stop by to pick up your tickets, take pictures with the BHH team, and grab some BHH swag!  Free soft pretzels and water will be provided curtesy of our friends at Wawa! 

What if I need special accommodations?

If you need special accommodations (handicap seating or assistance inside the ballpark), please indicate this when purchasing tickets.

CITIZENS BANK PARK QUESTIONS:

Where should I park? And how much is parking?

All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park is cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Tailgating lots open five hours prior to the scheduled game time. Non-tailgating lots open three hours prior to scheduled game time. Parking passes are also accessible through the MLB Ballpark app. Refer to the official Phillies Ballpark Parking Guide for more information.

Is outside food/drink permitted in the ballpark?

To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard-sided, soft-sided and Styrofoam coolers and open containers may not be brought into the ballpark. Exceptions: unopened plastic bottles (non-alcoholic), baby bottles and single-serve, soft-sided juice containers may be brought into the ballpark after inspection. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into nor taken out of Citizens Bank Park.

What is the bag policy?

In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing non-clear bags, including backpacks and draw-string bags, into the ballpark.
Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5″ x 7″), clear bags (no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″), medical bags, and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.
All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.
