When is the Hope Family Reunion? 

The Hope Family Reunion is on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 4:05 PM against the New York Mets.

How much are tickets this year and what is included?

Tickets for this year’s Hope Family Reunion are $20/each and include a ticket to the Phillies vs. Mets game on 9/14 and a $12 food voucher to use inside the ballpark. All guests will also receive a soft pretzel and a BHH giveaway when they pick up their tickets.

*Ticket prices have increased this year as the cost of Phillies tickets have risen.

Is there a limit in the number of total tickets I can purchase for my family?

You can purchase up to 5 total tickets while supplies last.

 How will I receive my tickets?

All tickets will need to be picked up outside the ballpark on September 14 between 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM. More information below.

When and where will I pick-up my tickets prior to the start of the game?

BHH will have a table set up outside of Citizen’s Bank Park on Citizens Bank Way between the Third Base Gate and Left Field Entrances. You will see the BHH orange tent & orange balloons. Tickets will be under the name of the person who purchased them.

 What happens to my tickets if I arrive late to the game?

If you are unable to pick up your tickets between 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM, your tickets will be left at first base ticket window located on the corner of Darien St. and Pattison Ave. starting at 4:45 PM.

 Where can I park and how much is parking?

Parking at Citizens Bank Park is not included. The typical cost is $15-25 per car, and lots are cashless. Parking in each lot will depend on availability.


What is Citizen Bank Park’s bag policy?

To expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing bags, including backpacks and drawstring bags, to the ballpark.

Only clutch purses (12″ x 12″ x 1″), fanny packs, medical bags, clear or solid tote bags and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.

Medical bags, tote bags and diaper bags can be no larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″ and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. You can find all policies here.

 What should I do if myself or a family member requires special accommodations, such as handicapped seating?

Please contact us at events@bringinghopehome.org prior to the event to coordinate any special accommodations.

 If I need a wheelchair when I arrive at the ballpark, where can I get one?

If you or your guest need a wheelchair once inside the stadium you can rent one for the day at Guest Services, which is located behind section 122 inside the stadium. You will need to give your license to rent a wheelchair.

 What happens if it rains on game day?

The event is rain or shine. In the event of severe thunderstorms, we will be contacted by the Phillies if there is a rain delay or cancellation the morning prior to the start of the game and we will notify all guests via email.

 Who should I reach out to if I have questions leading up to the event?

If you have any questions or can no longer attend, please contact us at events@bringinghopehome.org. We are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to attend the game.
