2017 Commonwealth Cup Awarded to Haverford Middle School!

From March 15, 2017 until March 17, 2017, Haverford Middle School (HMS) held their HOPE Olympics event, which was the culmination of a month-long fundraising effort resulting in over $59,000 raised for local families with cancer. Activities included relays, knock-out tournaments, jump rope contests, a dodge ball tournament, and homeroom competitions. Sea Isle City STOMPED Cancer!

  On Saturday, June 24th in Sea Isle City, NJ, Over 600 runners & walkers STOMPED cancer and raced on the promenade, raising over $30,000 for local families with cancer. This was our most successful SIC Stomp yet! We sincerely thank all of our Stompers, supporters, and donors. A special thank you to our BHH Family Speaker, Gina, who shared her inspiring story and reminded us all why we continue to STOMP!   We are already looking forward to next year!!

Over 300 families attend the 2017 Hope Family Reunion at the Phillies!

  On Sunday, June 4th, over 300 BHH families joined us at our Hope Family Reunion at the Phillies! The day started at Xfinity Live where our families joined us for a pre-game lunch, complete with a photo booth, face painting, burgers and dogs, and some fun games outside at Xfinity! Westtown-Thornbury Elementary Spreads Unexpected Amazingness!

Westtown-Thornbury Elementary School hosted a Penny War competition and a relay to raise money for local families with cancer.  Members of the student council met with BHH team members to use their creativity to inspire their classmates to help families with cancer. Robert Morris University Spreads Unexpected Amazingess

The students of Robert Morris University have worked hard to spread unexpected amazingness for families with cancer! On April 8th, the Bringing Hope Home Chapter hosted their second annual Color Run 4Hope with the RMU Residence Hall Association. Haverford Middle School’s HOPE Olympics

Haverford Middle School students hosted their first HOPE Olympics from March 13th-17th. The HOPE Olympics were a week long competition devoted to helping local families with cancer centered around service, competition, spirit and most importantly, fun. The week was lead by peer leaders, the Gold Team, that encouraged their friends to make a difference and get involved. St. Pat’s 5K Stomps Cancer!

On Saturday, March 18th Bringing Hope Home held the St. Pat’s 5K in West Chester. Over 160 runners and walkers signed up, and about 100 participants faced the cold to help raise money for BHH families affected by cancer! Over 20 members of our Hope Squad volunteered to help the the race run smoothly.  Runners who placed 1st or 2nd in their age group won a gift certificate to Kildare’s of West Chester!
