Join us on Friday, September 18, 2015 in West Chester, PA for the 6th Annual West Chester STOMPS Cancer 5K & 2.5K Family Walk! STOMP cancer by registering as an individual, forming a team, sponsoring, volunteering or raising funds – all to support local families with cancer!
 
Exclusive STOMP race t-shirts will be provided to all participants registered by August 21. Additional shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. You can also purchase additional shirts for loved ones, those currently STOMPING cancer, etc as a part of Additional Purchases in registration. Prizes will be awarded for male and female categories in each 10 year age group & Top 3 Overall. Additional awards include Top 3 Individual Fundraisers, Top 3 Fundraising Teams, Team Spirit Award & Largest Team.

EVENT DETAILS:

• You can print your own copy of the 2015 STOMP flier here
• Wed 9/16 & Th 9/17: Packet Pickup at Chester County Running Store (24 S. High St. West Chester, PA).
• Friday 9/18: Pre-Registered STOMPER Packet Pickup Opens at Barnaby’s of West Chester at 5PM
• Friday 9/18: Day-Of Registration Opens at Chester County Running Store at 5PM
• 6:20PM: Pre-STOMP Presentation at the starting line on the corner of Church & Market St
• 6:45PM: 5K Begins, 2.5K Walk Begins at 6:50PM
• 7PM: Post-STOMP celebration, awards, and raffle following the race at Barnaby’s of West Chester. Join us for music, drink specials, FREE FOOD, entertainment and more! Please Note: This is an all ages celebration.

FORM A STOMP TEAM!

Forming a STOMP Team is a great way to come together with your family, friends, co-workers etc to truly STOMP cancer! You can learn more about becoming a STOMP captain by downloading the 2015 STOMP Captain Packet here. Team have the amazing opportunity to set up fundraising pages to raise money to pay household bills for local families with cancer. Team fundraising incentives are below.

• Raise $250 by 8/21 as a team: Team name listed on back of all STOMP t-shirts
• Raise $500—team name listed on shirt and on banner
• Raise $1,500—team name listed on t-shirt, banner and pay bills for one local family with cancer
• Raise $3,000—name listed on t-shirt, banner and pay bills for TWO local families with cancer

CHOMPS FOR STOMPS:

The 3 Mondays leading up to the STOMP (Monday, August 31, Monday, September 7 & Monday, September 14) , Barnaby’s of West Chester is donating 15% of your bill back to BHH (all day & night) if you present the coupon. This is a great team building activity to do with family, friends & your STOMP team! The more people that dine at Barnaby’s on these days, the bigger the donation to BHH will be!

TIMING AND RESULTS:

• Results will be posted live on www.runccrs.com following the race.
• The disposable MyLaps Bibtag system will be used to ensure quick, accurate results for all our finishers.
